A 3 hour task to assess your suitability for the role. Exploitative. Then a short interview where they decide in advance whether they'll take you on or not. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Clients or staff

Entretien
It was pretty straightforward and I remember they pee a few about interviews with various different members of the team. They were great at communicating and being clear about expectations and where I was at in the process.

One of the things I asked me was how I would deal with a hypothetical scenario related to a client dissatisfied with the work
There was a few stages in the interview process, the first part just a general chat about your background etc, and then the other part was to chat about the company more and for them to explain some things about the structure of the role. There was also a short task to complete :)

Entretien
I had two interviews. In the first I gave an elevator pitch and was given a lot of information on what the job entails. The second was mostly discussing the job requirements more in depth. The interviewer was really nice and welcoming which made me feel comfortable.
