Multiple interviews around the same topics. I took me a while to figure out who is who. They have far too many heads and vps. Complicaeted organization. Signs of siloing in the organization. The technical questions suggested to me that they are not up to speed with the state of the art.

Wow, what can I say. I applied 3-4 months ago and I got an email from the Recruiter. He setup an interview (not a teams interview, but just to call my cell as stated in the calendar invite). No one showed up. No follow up email either. I emailed them with the calendar invite asking when it was a good time for them but nothing.
Very unprofessional and lacking. I also see I am not the only one that had this experience.
