I have been back and forth with QVC for months about various different roles, and because of the interview/hiring process, my positive opinion on this brand has shifted... For this role in particular, I had a phone call with the recruiter ,then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and one other person. I thought both went great. They told me in my interview that I should hear from them next week. Not only did this not happen - this was over two months ago. I have sent (multiple) friendly emails to both the recruiter and the hiring manager, and have not received a response to any email. Nor did I get any update on my application. I understand if things don't work out. I understand if I was not the person for the role, but I find the ghosting so extremely frustrating and disrespectful, and I will think twice next time I see a job opening since I know this company is one where being rude is acceptable. I am very disappointed because QVC has been on my radar for a while, and I was really interested in working for this company :(
