The Recruiter screened me for the interview with the hiring manager. She asked me for dates and times for the next interview I didn’t hear back from her until the day before the next interview -red flag for me. I accepted the virtual interview anyways I log on 5 min before Interview time and the hiring manager for distribution center was super late. She never apologized- red flag. We started the interview and she asked me a normal question “tell me about yourself”. I introduced myself and I looked up she’s rolling her eyes-red flag. Without completing two full sentences she cut me off and starts venting and talking about her issues and having a hard time finding good people. Vent/Rant- red flag. After her rant she pretty much ends the interview early. At that time I was aware that I was only being interviewed to check a box about diversity interviewing. What’s sad is that the screeners was a middle eastern woman and the interviewer was a woman nonetheless (white). I just wanted people to know what’s really going on with this hiring manager. I don’t like for people to waste their time when they never had Intentions on taking this interview seriously so I am warning those looking for an honest review with this company.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez QVC (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2016
Entretien
I was approached by Recruitment Manager on LinkedIn and after short phone interview was invited to the office. The interview was very formal and I felt like I wasn't a good fit for the team.
I never got the feedback, which I find quite disrespectful They didn't even bother to send me standard rejection email. Giving feedback is part of your job, if you like it or not!
