3 step process. Phone screen then meeting with the director of RA for an hour and the HR manager separately for an hour after that. If you pass that stage then you meet the CEO.
The phone interview was the regular screening type. The director was subtly combatative, that was his communication style but in a friendly way, if that makes sense. He was very honest and direct. What was highly entertaining for me is seeing him be in an internal battle and saying out loud, we have had strong applicants like a GM of a known notified body but you're so likeable I can't count you out!
I was so at ease with the HR manager, it felt like a casual conversation with a good person.
I did not get to meet the CEO, I didn't have the skillset from a regulatory point of view that they needed but it was an overall positive experience.
The office was incredibly quiet, you could hear a pin drop but the employees that I saw were smiley.
