They do a phone consult to get to know the person, with some behavioural tests. Finally, there's an interview you do for technical skillset, and with HR as well using WebEx/Zoom.

Virtual interview due to COVID. Interviewers were polite and helpful in drawing out the best answers rather than moving on and rushing the interview. Feedback was provided throughout the interview and the atmosphere was comfortable, allowing productive discourse.

Pretty standard interview process for a bigger company. Questions were more focused on how you would fit into the company rather than any technical knowledge. I had a phone call, followed by a two on one video call and finally a one on one video call.
