The interview process went quickly (even felt rushed?) but the answers to some of my questions were quite vague, which raised concerns. I got the impression that management might be lacking as they failed to provide clear instructions for the test assignment forcing me to theorise instead of focusing on the task, which is NOT the right approach. I fear it could be a way to collect design ideas from applicants. There also seemed to be a significant lack of coordination among the team members, as the task was completely different from the advertised functionality the position was said to be open for. In total, it was average, some questions were even funny.
