Applied online. They called me and schedule a face-to-face interview. There were a administration guy and an engineer. There was only this one engineer at that company at that time.

Very informal. Didn't ask many questions. Only asked about my current job, why I wanted to change. Am I familiar with AutoCAD 2D/3D, stress analysis? Do I have PEO?
