Tour of the office, art test (this should take you 20 minutes), group interview with owners. when I first went in, the owner greeted me and took me on a tour of the office. There was an awkward meet and greet with all of the employees. Then he gave me a doodle drawn on a piece of paper and asked me to recreate it in Illustrator. I had anticipated an art test, and allowed myself about 20 minutes to complete it. It could easily be done in 10. Afterward, I was invited into an office with the 3 owners and they took turns asking pretty generic questions. Where did you go to school? Previous jobs? Why should we hire you? etc. Then let me go saying they would call me by next week after they had met with a few other applicants. I was offered the job the following week.
