I had attended two technical rounds followed by client, managerial and HR rounds and i cleared all of them. When it came to pay then they were not ready to pay 30% hike (which every MNC organization providing) also on my current CTC and the HR was doing 'Baniyagiri' with me that we can give this CTC only or max this CTC. So, i rejected the offer because no body wants to work with so called 'baniyagiri' organization. They're claiming that they're the biggest independent software testing firm but i don't agree with this if they're unable to pay 30% hike. Guys, who are going there for attending interviews...please check at first that what's their budget for the position else you'll waste your precious time & money.

1. Written Test - 20 MCQ and 5programs. Many MCQ qns were coming from Selenium ID!! Coding Output. % programs are easy. 2. F2F - Two persons were taking my interview.
