I went through two technical phone interviews using collabedit and an onsite visit that consisted of three rounds of 1:1 interviews, lunch and a tour. I observed no diversity within the engineering teams. I thought I did well enough, but three business days after the onsite I received a generic rejection letter. When I asked for feedback, I was told to brush up on basic algorithms and data structures. The feedback is surprising since I am familiar with them and was able to solve their problems. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for travel expenses.

I had two 45 minute phone interviews. Both consisted of standard behavioral questions, and each one had a screen coding question. The coding question for the first interview was fairly straightforward, but the question for the second interview involved more planning. Be prepared to answer questions about efficiency and how to optimize your solutions. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly.
