Entretien
I had positive exchanges and interaction with every person I encountered via email, phone and in-person. Initially had a phone screen, then met in-person with two separate individuals. A second in-person visit included talking with four more people; some were in-person and others via web conference.
Although I wasn't offered a position I walked away with a positive impression of everyone I encountered.

Entretien
I was contacted by a corporate recruiter on the other side of the country who was looking to hire for the office I am near. She did a preliminary interview with me, asking about myself and getting to know me. I was then asked to complete a video interview using Hirevue. The experience was odd because I never had any face-to-face interaction with anyone from the company after 2 interviews. I understand the use of programs such as Hirevue, but I felt very removed from the process and had a hard time portraying my ability to converse with people while only talking to a camera and recording responses to interview questions. Even a second interview on the phone would have been better.

Entretien
The interview is not awful if you are prepared. First you have a phone interview with someone from the recruiting team. A few days later, I was scheduled to have a video interview with an executive leader. Then I was scheduled to have a video interview with who I would report to. And finally, a final interview with someone from the recruiting team.
