Hi, first of all - I want to apologize for your experience: that's not up to our standard, and I hated to hear you never heard back. I looked into this to ensure it doesn't happen again, and it appears what happened was the person who was hiring your role ended up leaving the company during your recruiting process (the recruiter you mentioned would have been an external contract recruiter). We typically would have had someone else pick up the process, but somehow your conversation with that person fell through the cracks. As a small but growing company, this can sometimes happen with single coverage of positions. We do now have a VP of Operations who is overseeing our recruitment process, so I feel more confident knowing that we'll have multiple people following the recruiting pipeline.
