Initially they called me onsite (without reimbursement) for a technical test which comprises of random easy algorithms and DS questions(from GATE exam). After clearing that round they called for the second round for the company presentation and their they mentioned that "we are a consulting firm having clients all over the US" and they will provide training before starting of the actual employment.
