After submitting application, I was contacted within the week to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was about 30 minutes and it was professional and thorough. Onboarding process was done the following week. Training pending onboarding completion.

Entretien
The interview was pretty confusing and you end up talking to and getting emailed by about 5 different people. Never an in person nor over the computer. Just phone and email.
