First initial phone screening, then skills test, personality test, next behavioral interview with hiring manager, then ghosted. The phone interview was good, she was very professional and I was very excited about the position after our initial conversation. I was then given a link to an online assessment which I had 48 hours to complete. The assessment was relatively easy. About a week and a half later I received an email that I made it to the next round and given an interview time. I then received an online personality test which was I kid you not just selecting a bunch of words from a list of adjectives. These tests have been proven inaccurate over the last few years and this test seemed especially unscientific. I have heard that Quantum only hires certain personality types based off this test. Finally, I had the interview with the hiring manager which was conversational. Overall it was okay, but he made a weird comment about his last company being all women in a negative way.... which is very odd because I am a woman. Very off-putting. I was told that I made it to the next round and would be scheduling a Technical Interview. This never happened and I know I did not actually make it to the next round, so I would appreciate not being lead on. I had received an offer with another company that better aligned with my values so I did not follow up, but was ultimately ghosted.
