There was an information evening, which included a group work exercise, working along with the other potential candidates on a scenario designed to test your values. This was followed by an individual interview by a team leader and project manager, which was intended to test your relevant skills and experience, particularly that which is directly relevant to the job.

6 simple questions. Mix of common sense and experience. Was pleasant enough. Two managers present to undertake the interview. Asked varied questions relating the the job role, why you wanted to work there, what qualities are require for the role and some.comoetency based questions.
