First you get sent an email to answer some questionnaires. At the end of the these, theres a number to call to record some more questions that they will ask you. Then if you pass this screening, they email to invite you for an interview. The interview actually took a whole hour. 2 supervisor interviewed me and they were very through. They showed me around the lab too. After this, I got a call to come in for a second interview with the manager of the lab. And that is it!

i would describe the interviewers as friendly. I would definitely say they were friendly and seem to have a very collaborative work environment for the most part. Would recommend to come prepared and well dressed.

The interview was pretty simple. My interview with the hiring manager was great. She’s very conversational and made me feel as if she was really rooting for me. I first had an interview with some guy who didn’t really ask me any personal interview questions before I spoke with her. She did ask some of the typical tell me about yourself and career aspirations questions but it was super easy to talk to he. She also went over the position and company benefits in great detail.
Pretty simple, the basic STAR format questions, if that.
Most positions are third shift, so they'll want to ensure that you're comfortable with the time and commute.
But once you pass the typing test , your pretty in.
