I arrived 20mins before the interview and was waited for an hour because the interviewer had a sudden meeting to attend. Then he went over what the company can offer to their employees, and asked for what kind of lab skills I had that can be applied to the company. I was rejected because my lack of lab skills and/or experience.

Easy process, applied online , got some interviews scheduled, need to be prepared, onsite interview, behavioral questions with HR, next round was with manager, second interview preparation needed. Overall good interview experience

Bad. Interviewers were 30 minutes late and were not even considerate of your time. Additionally the time from submitting the application to getting an interview to hearing back about the interview took a total of 3 months.
