You wait in the waiting room, then meet and greet, and simply sit in an office and begin the interview. Very few questions were asked and the majority of the time the interviewer is explaining different parts of the job! It’s more of a an opportunity to get a feel for the type of person you are. But I can’t promise this because I think it depends on who is interviewing you. My advice is just be genuine , honest, and sincere.
