After applying online I received an email within hours for a phone interview which was scheduled in 2 days. The phone interview was approx. 30 mins long. A week later the Group panel interview with 2 Upper management personnel. they were well prepared, listened carefully and was able to establish a perfect fit.
I was approached with the talent acquisition team first who completed a telephone interview and described the job. They also asked about my salary expectations. I then was booked in for a virtual interview with the manager and director of the team.

Never heard anything back after the interview. Tried following up twice and very unprofessional in my opinion. If the recruiter from Questrade is reading this please be willing to share the feedback with the applicants and Atleast give any response.

Seems like they had already selected the candidate and had made their decision and were just jot too much involved in the interview!

2-3 step interview process all done via phone call and GoogleMeet video chat (occurred during covid).
First interview is with HR specialist and the next interview(s) scheduled about the following week later is with the hiring manager and chief client officer.

Specific questions about your experiences in your resume, how you define a good client experience, 5 Cs of Credit, walk us through the process of how you funded a deal from Point A to Z (scenario based questions), would you resubmit a deal that got declined? if yes, what do you look for?
