The process starts with a Zoom interview discussing your CV. Then they will send you a time series of stocks and you will have to construct a portfolio and answer certain questions based on it.

Entretien
Telephone interview with HR about your experience. Followed by take-home exercise to be completed within a week or so. They don't give too much feedback regarding your submission, I think they should pay candidates for their time

With the assignment they simply want you to generate all the alpha, as their knowledge base is quite limited. Be aware not to share a lot of IP information as they are not that savy wrt to trading
