Walk in and fill one out
There are usually a lot of applications so if you are serious about getting interviewed/employed then I suggest you call in often to get a chance of a call back.
Make sure your tats can be covered and any jewelry is reasonably inconspiuous. When you get an interview it will be in two parts with two different people asking very similar questions and taking notes for later comparrison. The applications build up and gather dust
