The interview process was long and drawn out from the first interview until when the offer was given. I had a phone interview first with HR and then had to interview in person with the CEO, Vice President, and Finance Manager. All of the interviewers asked the normal interview questions. Be prepared to show how you can impact the bottom line and that you can work without guidance. The corporate office consist of family and long term employees that seem to be very close knit but not very welcoming for outsiders.
