Had a screening interview which was fine, but then they dropped an aptitude test on me they wanted to be completed the same day. It had a lot of fairly irrelevant questions, along with some standard coding and SQL questions. The biggest issue I had with it was time. I've seen from other reviews here that people were sent a primer email about the test which I never received and thus was very unprepared to answer SQL questions or the 5 math questions (most of which were based on basic interest - no equations or definitions were given during the test - for me a lot of guesswork with only 10 minutes of time to work with). For the aptitude test they don't tell you what a passing score is - I'm assuming at least 50% (I got less than that). Oh well, one my my first interviews so I can prepare more for later ones.
