There are two rounds of interviews for this position. I was selected for the first round, and overall the experience was okay. The entire interview was conducted in Spanish by a member of the talent development team. However, she came across as very cold and brief, giving mostly one-word answers and seeming generally uninterested in engaging in the conversation.
