I was contacted directly by the Head of Talent Management after registering my CV on CV Library. The whole process moved quickly as they had already interviewed some candidates. I was interviewed the following day by the Head of Talent Management. I really liked the informal approach and felt relaxed. I then had a second ‘interview’ a few days later with my prospective manager. This was off site and felt even more relaxed. For me the interview approach was excellent and felt I presented my true self.
