The interview process included three rounds: QA Assessment, Virtual Round, and Face-to-Face Round. Everything went well, but I ultimately rejected the offer despite being selected, because their budget for the position was too low, as they offered only 10% increase on my previous CTC. Additionally, I would have had to relocate from Ghaziabad to Gurugram, and the costs for shifting, deposit loss, and house rent were too high. It's frustrating how companies expect employees to take on extra work and increased responsibilities in the name of performance, but when it comes to salaries, they act stingy and treat us like labor.
