Applied online via a CV. Heard back and was invited to an assesment centre about 2 weeks later. Whole process was fairly easy: presentation from company, lab tour, in house assessment and an interview. Interview was pleasent, interviewers seemed interested in what I had to say and just went down my CV and discussed the points along with a few standard interview questions.

HR called to speak w you regarding what's your current situation like. HR will pass your resume on to Relevant department and arrange meeting with the associate manager. Associate manager will interview you. If successful, HR will contact you and ask you about salary etc.
