The interview was basically like all other interviews, a little personal conversation and then we went to the questions about experience etc. They said I had all the requirements needed and that they would get back to me but they never did.

I spoke with the estimating manager. The next step was the plant president. Some salary and PTO negotiations, but very friendly. The whole thing was very painless, as far as interviews go.

Interview was conducted thru a ‘ZOOM’ meeting. There were two attendees from RRD. One representative conducted the actual interview, the other just stared at me. It was a pretty standard interview, just a lot of scripted questions and comments.
