The interview was Very relaxed. They want to get to know who you are outside of work and what you can contribute to the team. It’s more of a conversation and if you explain that you’re a hard worker that wants to learn then you will be invited back for another interview.

Area Manager tentatively offered a specific salary, asks me to wait a few days for job offer. After waiting for a week , I am contacted by external recruiter offering half the amount we agreed on.

Various questions, written test, and opportunity for you to ask questions back. I had a total of two interviews . The first was by the Outside Sales Regional Manager and the second one was by the Inside Sales Manager.
