After the application if you received a response you there was a short video interview. If you passed that you receive a call from the talent acquisition team and you have a brief conversation/phone interview then you're invited to a face to face interview. This whole process took about 2 weeks. The interview was your typical customer service type questions and you have 2 interviewers present. After the interview you do a short role play over the phone.
