After an initial screening phone call with a recruiter I was brought in for an interview. The interview appeared to be thrown together at the last minute and instead of meeting/interviewing with what would be my direct report I was interviewed by a Communications Planner in the Strategy Department, which made little sense to me. This was the only person I interviewed with.
