Very hands on. You meet with a series of people and even have to perform a cooking demonstration to show your presentation and cooking skills. Really interesting experience but certainly nerve wracking.

Smooth and fast response. HR has been very helpful throughout the process and openly discussed on all topics. All the people I met had been working with the company over 10yrs and I could feel this company treat its employees nicely
