Unprofessional and a waste of my time. Shortly after applying, I set up a phone interview with the recruiter. No one called me at the scheduled time; I got a text message over 10 minutes after the scheduled time saying they were sorry they missed the interview and that we should reschedule. The phone interview was straightforward: I was only asked one question. I was told someone would reach out to me for a second interview. No one ever reached out, but after I emailed asking about an update I was told they went with another candidate (even though they reposted the same job). :/
