Very common - phone interview first, basic questions, going over previous jobs, etc. Then set up an additional interview with a manager to discuss job requirements, overall view of company, and other opportunities that were available with respect to growth, etc.

The questions about prioritizing in a stressful situation, under pressure, etc.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez RCO Legal (Bellevue, WA) en avr. 2018
Entretien
The interview was quick and easy. The interviewer kept the questions directed on the skills needed for the job and previous employers. What computer skills that I had. Which courts had I filed electronically in.

Entretien
I received an email for a phone interview the day after I applied and did the phone interview the day after that. The interviewer called 10 minutes late and didn't apologize. She didn't even pretend to have read my resume. I spent most of the half hour telling her every job I did, for how long, what I did at each, and then waiting for her to type everything on her computer. When I would answer questions, she would spin my words in a different way and tell me why I wouldn't like this job, as well as how inexperienced I was for this job (Why was I even being interviewed then?). All of the questions I was asked were negatives - What do you dislike about this and that? Conflicts? Nothing about my qualifications for the position. Halfway through the call, I considered telling her that I had to go. When I asked her what she liked about RCO, she said the casual dress and the people, but that probably only 80% would say they like the job because of the people. I received a call and an email at the end of the day asking me to go back in for an in-person interview, but I declined.
