The interviewer misread my resume and pretty much disqualified me for the job. They told me that they would send my resume to the hiring manager and they'll continue in the interview process if they like my resume. But I don't think they did ever send my resume to the hiring manager. HR doesn't thoroughly read resumes. The interview consisted of basic questions talking about yourself and your work experiences.

No matter who you reach out to - they will pass you on to another person until you end up with just wasting your time in the process.

Zoom interview with a current member of the RPM team! Took about 30 minutes and it was very structured. They took months to reply to the application and got an interview by doing network and being recommended from within of the organization.
