Had one screen and one interview via MS Teams. Two weeks later, received a request to schedule an interview with the team lead.
I was in the meeting three minutes early. Waited until 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and emailed the technical recruiter to notify him that I was waiting. I left 20 minutes after the scheduled time when still no one had joined.
The next day, I emailed the recruiter to inform him that the team lead was a no-show. I still have received no response one week later. I'm not even sure anyone monitors those incoming emails. Although it's an individual's name, all I've ever received from that address is automated scheduling notifications.
Really, how can anyone just think it's OK to not show up for a scheduled interview, and never respond? I doubt they would hire someone who behaved that way.
