1 hr with warm up followed by the presentation of the company and the job. Then questions were raised about my professional background, why I want to change and what made me apply for this position. Where are my strengths, weaknesses and how would I deal with different types of conflicts.

Several interviews, with HR staff, HR Vice President. VP of the área. Global director in charge. Finally with the CEO. The interviews where on 2 days, on site. I had to pay for my own travel to and back to Leesburg, VA.
