160 applicants, 7 hired. Tough to get an interview. I applied online and heard back weeks later. Being a guide, avid outdoorsman, and experienced sales person, it was quite easy to be personable and tell the managment what they wanted to hear. I was offered a job that day and returned for orientation a week later.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
