J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez REI (Bellingham, WA)
Entretien
Phone interview which was a very basic screening type interview. He asked about my previous work history and why I wanted to work at REI.
The interviewer asked to set up an in-person interview with himself and another manager right away.
The two that interviewed me seemed very uninterested and distracted upon meeting them.
Questions were read from a piece of paper and the whole process seemed rushed. Only one question about previous work experience. Neither of the interviewers even looked at my resumé. Mostly situational type questions about how you would handle certain situations on the sales floor. All of the questions were very basic for this type of interview so nothing caught me off guard. The majority of the interview was spent by them talking about the position and about their own careers at REI.

J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez REI (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO)
Entretien
It was a pretty easy I’m person interview with 2 managers. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked a few questions. It was mostly basic leadership and customer service questions.
Was set up as a group interview, but was very thorough, and I enjoyed real-life scenarios that were posed for us to work through as a group. Not always a fan of group interviews but was handled effectively.

Question 1
Most questions revolved around how you worked with folks to walk them through different scenarios
Laid back and thorough. Started with recorded video interview before setting up an in person interview. Questions were average and interview time was fairly short. Felt as though I was able to say what was needed
