J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez REI
Entretien
After applying, they reached out with an e-mail questionnaire with questions like "How many hours would you like to work?" and "Why do you want to work at REI?" I got a phone call a few days later inviting me to come in and meet 1:1. It was an extremely casual offer and I was given a "soft offer" on the spot contingent on passing my background check. Received a formal offer about a week after my in-person interview after my background check cleared.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
