1. Initial phone call about the role, you and your CV.
2. A Teams call with the hiring manager.
Both were easy; just have to be confident in your ability and show you are keen on the role.

Quick interview that is used to determine whether you are capable of holding a conversation with ease. Mostly informal as it is to check how you can pick up and carry on a conversation with a customer who approached the stand. They also use it to check your confidence levels
