Dropped my CV at KLCC Career Fair and got a call from HR 1-2 months later. After that, went through 4 stages;
[1] Phone Screening
[2] Online Assessment
[3] Online IV with HR
[4] Physical IV with C-suite

Question 1
During online IV, mostly basic questions (e.g. have you made a mistake in life? what are your strengths and weaknessess? how do you handle stress?
During physical IV, mostly leadership questions and a lot of follow up questions (e.g. have you led a team? how do you handle a difficult teammate? how do you motivate your team?

During my interview at a London hotel, I found the process to be notably informal and relaxed when compared to other interviews I've experienced. There were no assessment centers or final round interviews involved.
