An interview with HR on the phone and then with the hiring manager and a team member. There was also a written assignment to evaluate how candidates would respond to customers

How would you respond to a customer complaining about their order being late?
First, I did a short test with real-life questions and enquiries from clients where I had to type a reply. Then I had an online interview with the Team Manager. It only lasted around 10 minutes.
