Last year I passed some of the tests, so this time they only sent me an assignment, then the last interview was with three technical people. The whole process took two weeks.

Contacted through a recruitment agency, they scheduled a "personality" review with the comany to go through your work history etc. and to explain the role in more detail. They then scheduled another "technical" interview a few days later with a senior developer to talk through some programming concepts / questions ex: "What is your knowledge of X technology", "What would you do in X situation" etc.
