Submitted an application and got an interview. Then interviewed with two people in my department. After that I was emailed an offer letter and accepted. It was very transparent and a great experience.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews. The first was to get to know me and the next set of questions were more challenging. The knew that I didn't know much about insurance so they asked very general questions about my career aspirations and coursework in school.
