      Great experience interviewing at ROI Revolution. Everyone is top notch in the organization and each step of the process was clearly communicated throughout. The interview process moved quickly and every round of the process was laid out so I wouldn't be blindsided by anything.

      This was my fourth, first round interview with ROI. All first round interviews are with talent acquisition/HR over the phone, which is great for people on the job hunt, to not waste too much time. After this many first run interviews, I was sure that they were finally going to let me through. I got my second round interview scheduled, and the day before they canceled it due to “evolving priorities, team dynamics, and the broader candidate pool.” When I asked for feedback, they said they will not provide specific feedback to candidates. It was such a dehumanizing experience. Every time I interview with ROI talent/ hr, I find it to be extremely unhelpful.

Our interview process is designed to provide a consistent and positive experience for each candidate.
