Phone screening was given. We discussed why I'd be a good fit for the organization and some past accomplishments. They also asked about my experience, and how it'd translate. I thought it was fair, and to the point.
It went as I expected -first I did a screening interview with an HR person then I met with hiring manager. If I had continued the process, I would have met with sales reps, the head of sales, and the sales engineer I would be working with
