Pretty straightforward and conversational interview. Back to back with two members of the team. Some behavioral but mostly was a conversation. Practically no technical questions. No case study either. Just be yourself and have fun with the interview.

The interview process was quite straightforward and relatively relaxed. After getting past the past the resume stage I had a short phone call with a recruiter to see if I would be a good fit for an interview. I then went to RSM's office downtown and had 2 interviews around 45 minutes each with senior consultants. After the interviews I was given an expected date to hear back (about 2 weeks later).
